Disappointed in lack of flavor with this tea

I am a regular drinker of Sencha green tea and I thought I would sample this particular tea after reading the description and other reviews. However, after following the brewing instructions and tasting this tea, I was very disappointed with the lack of any flavor to this tea. I used the recommended amount of loose tea yet this tea was very bland- not unpleasant, just bland. I was so disappointed because I enjoy my morning Sencha Yuzoka so much and expected to like this tea as well. I purchased 4 sample packages first a total of $20 and now, I don’t know what I’ll do with all this tea since I don’t want it anymore.

Great tasting tea, never bitter. I let it steep for a long time.

Very Flavorful Green Tea

I enjoyed this tea, it hits all the right flavor notes as one would expect from Japanese Green Tea. Fresh vegetal and umami notes with a light seaweed flavor. Smooth mouthfeel and very refreshing finish.
