I love green tea, so discovering sugimoto to begin with was amazing, but this is definitely "the one" for me. I have had a lot of gyokuro/shaded teas in particular and this is definitely by favorite. Soo flavorful and always lifts my mood

After trying many of the teas on offer, this one is one of my favorites. A little goes a long way (which is helpful as I live in Europe and have to have proper green tea brought to me by friends). The taste is rich with umami yet with some lovely floral notes and a hint bitterness to give it structure. I could drink this all day. So delicious

Top quality gyokuro
I fell in love with gyokuro years ago while working at an American tea retailer. This is one of the best I’ve had. Bright, rich, vibrant. Everything you want in a gyokuro.
I prefer a hotter cup, so I brew 2tsp in 32oz of 175F water for 2 minutes. This gets me about 3 servings with no bitterness at all. Will be trying Sugitmoto’s brewing recommendation later. Very excited to get to know this tea.
